CRITERIA FOR SUBMISSION
  • If you are interested in becoming an Agent for First American, your agency must be approved to write title insurance per the requirements of the state in which you seek appointment.
  • If you are interested in becoming an Approved Attorney for First American, you must be licensed to practice law in the state in which you seek appointment. (Note: Approved Attorney status is not available in Maryland or the District of Columbia.)
